Well I'm not surprised that a dull, utterly pointless poster like yourself would find it funny.

Cilla could really sing pre nose job and really does the song justice. I like the way she gets the vocal to distort despite being miles away from the mic. The drummer on this take is bloody terrible though.

My all time favourite of Berts was Raindrops Keep Falling on my head. The Manics did a surprisingly good version of it many moons ago.

Has to be said he was never a lyricist, Hal David mostly provided them, and what a delight they were!

I'm pretty sure they wrote songs specifically for Dusty, too.
Cilla, not, though they were usually polite about her versions.

""I like Warwick too, but Cilla Black blew her out of the water with Anyone who had a heart.""
Had to laugh when I read that.

He was a brilliant songwriter
I particularly like the Casino Royale soundtrack written for Herb Albert and his Tijuana Brass Band. The main theme is a real hoot and has a pure 1960's feelgood vibe to it:

Almost immpossible to nominate a single song as his best but based soley in personal favouritism, Herb Alberts ' This guys in love with you' steals it for me.

they specifically wrote songs for warwick, cilla's version's ok but it's like comparing a pub singer to a superstar

Bit of a legend wasn't he. I love the Arthur theme song, believe it won the Oscar that year for best soundtrack.
